During the Call

The physician may be running behind so we encourage you to stay on line and wait.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and we thank you for your patience.

If you cannot hear the physician, check your volume button. Occasionally both the physician and patient need to exit and login again.

If the physician notices that you are not in the Doxy waiting room for your appointment time, they will phone you instead.  We want to ensure reaching the physician is as smooth as possible for all involved.
