In-person appointments are offered to SELECT patients only. You may be asked to discuss your health issues with a physician or resident physician over the phone or video first.
For your in-person appointment:
- A face mask is MANDATORY while you visit the clinic
- Remain outside the clinic if you arrive too early
- Report to the front desk 5 MINUTES before your appointment time to limit time in the waiting area
- A maximum of TWO PEOPLE (patient and one escort) from the same party or family will be allowed in the exam room; other family members/caregivers must wait outside the office
- Follow the DIRECTIONAL ARROWS on floor to leave the clinic
- CALL THE CLINIC AFTER YOU GET HOME to book your follow-up appointments
Please DO NOT enter or drop by the clinic and book an phone/video appointment first, if you have:
- NEW fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, diarrhea, vomiting, headache, loss of sense or smell
- CONTACT with a person with known COVID19 in the past 14 days
- TRAVEL outside Canada in the past 14 days
- DIAGNOSED with COVID-19 within the past 7 days
